Our Email Defender solution is primarily designed to protect you from Phishing attacks, as there are very few solutions out there that protect the user. It also protects by identifying compromised accounts, looking for malware in cloud data stores and also identifying spam. It does all of this by learning about your complete environment and uses this data to make decisions about trusted and untrusted sources as well as user login locations.

It also examines the links in the emails to determine whether they are going to sites that try to capture your login details. It uses machine learning and artificial intelligence to understand the email wording and content. This allows it to identify suspicious content as well as directly malicious email attacks.

Yes you can, but we do not recommend this unless you are 100% certain the sender cannot be compromised. You are better off relying on the system to learn and identify safe and malicious emails.

We can tune the settings up and down to increase or reduce the identification of spam. Email protection is primarily there to prevent malicious emails getting to your users. Spam is an annoyance rather than a threat, so there are a couple of options for dealing with it.

They are available to recover for 30 days after which they will be deleted from the systems.

The initial setup can be done within 5 minutes as long as you have the correct login details for your systems. We usually take a little extra time to fine tune it to your environment, making sure it suits your requirements.

Email Defender learns your environment over time and like any system or person, needs training to become better at it’s job. In the beginning, it will have more false positives as we set the system up to rather be safe than sorry! As we train it over time with your feedback, it gets better at identifying true positives.

You will receive an initial welcome email from our systems and we will then schedule an online session where you can put your credentials in to set up the protection. We do it this was for security purposes so you can always control the access.
